Where does Sprout's get its products?

We get our products from thrift stores (SPCA, Salvation Army), local community organizations, and most importantly: you!

We are always looking for new avenues for building our collections. Have an idea? Let us know!

Are my new products cleaned before they are sent to me?

All clothing is washed with generic laundry detergent and fabric softener before we send it to you. Accessories are cleaned and disinfected to the best of our abilities.

We always, always, always recommend cleaning your new stuff before use, especially if you have any sensitivies to cleaning products or pets.

Can I return or exchange my items if I'm unsatisfied?

Unfortunately, no. We don't currently issue refunds or accept exchanges.

We do our best to be transparent on the quality of our products and include high-res pics and descriptive measurements for your review.

Does Sprout's have a physical store?

Not yet! Sprout's Trading Post is hoping to open a brick-and-mortar store within the next year. We will be doing markets and pop-ups in the near future around Vancouver's Lower Mainland.
